Training & Behavior
I offer education on balanced training approaches for all dogs regardless of age, breed, size or behavioral setbacks. Training is for both dog and human as having a trained dog is a life style change and you must be consistent in able to be successful.
All board and train dogs will be eligible for refresher training, boarding, pack walks and field trips. This is a supportive community and once you participate you are part of the pack! We encourage all clients to continue their education/ training by occasionally participating in group activities as your schedule allows.
With all programs we keep our dog numbers low so we can spend all day focusing on your dogs’ specific needs. Our program is an in-home environment with owner living on site vs. a kennel/ facility environment allowing them to be successful in realistic scenarios with less stress and more one on one care. Owners will drop their dog off at our home and go home lesson will also be at our home unless otherwise scheduled, please allow 1-3 hours for go home lesson. A go home lesson is where you learn everything your dog now knows so you can continue this lifestyle and training once you bring your dog home. Board and Train comes with two follow up lessons at our home to brush up on things or go over any new behaviors that come up after go home.

10 Day - Board & Train

The basics to get you started. If you have a puppy or just aspire to be able to enjoy walks with your dog this is a great program to start with. Doing this program will make your dog eligible for refresher training to build on what they already know to reach any new goals you may develop in the future.

The Foundation
20 Day - Board & Train
Price $2,500.00
This is the foundation for all training goals. Learning all commands with implied stays and impulse control working up to distance, duration, and distractions. We can also start conditioning dogs to training equipment (E- Collar, Muzzle, etc.) and get them on their way towards off-leash or behavior mod. Dogs who finish this program will leave with a general foundation of obedience above the basics.
Starts on the 1st and runs to the 20th of each month.*Follow-up lessons scheduled at go-home - 2 of them included.

We will be in contact during the process so we can plan accordingly. The curriculum from the two-week foundation package will be solidified and advanced to a point where Fido can be safe, reliable, and predictable in off-leash situations. We will be in contact the whole process so there are no financial surprises.

Behavior
Modification and Rehabilitation (6+ weeks)
Price $6,000.00 + $500 per additional week
This program is for dogs who experience severe reactivity and aggression, separation anxiety, etc. This program is customized to the dog’s needs at their pace to reach the goals you have for your dog. During the first two weeks, we work on building a relationship, confidence, and foundation, from there we get to work on the root issue your dog is experiencing. We will start by scheduling 6 weeks and extend as needed, we will be in contact the whole process so there are no financial surprises.
Board and train is the 1-20th of every month so this package will have multiple go-home lessons to ensure you can maintain progress between stays. *Follow-up lessons scheduled at go-home - 2 of them included.
*All clients will be required to have approved equipment prior to starting or purchasing an equipment package from the trainer. The full price for all equipment is $300.00 (price not including E-collar which is $200.00 for a one-dog system).
*We do offer to pick up your dog for Board & Train for $50.00
** Disclaimer – The training will only work if you do. If you don’t maintain the training your dog will not be consistent with you. Just like buying a car, if you don’t do maintenance, it won’t be reliable. Once your dog finishes a program the work is just starting for you. You will have homework and small lifestyle habits to learn and incorporate into your daily life from that day forward. Having a trained dog is a team effort and hard work so these programs are only for people willing to put the effort in.

Price $50.00 a day
This opportunity is for past and current clients only, spots are limited. $50 Boarding is charged per night, if the dog is picked up past noon a daycare fee of $25 will be applied. Price is per day, per dog.
When your dog boards with us they will go for walks, play yards, have interactive toys, and lots of cuddles. Dogs will be crated during downtime and nighttime, so they must be good in a crate or else will require more training before their stay.

$65.00 a day during specific holidays.

Refresher Training

Price $80.00 a day
This opportunity is for past and current clients only. Refresher training is for dogs who need to brush up on their skills or build on them. Your dog will stay for a decided number of days based on your training goals and we can adjust as needed.

Private Lessons at the Cabin
(Pack Members Only)
Price $60.00 an hour
Private Lessons are limited and for past and current clients only. Sold per lesson, in hour long sessions. These sessions are customized to the dog and owner’s needs.
